We understand the need for swift and hassle-free transactions. That's why we introduced the auto-accept feature. But to ensure the highest quality of service, we've set some standards. You need a LoadSubTrust rating of above 4* in the past 30 days to access this feature. This ensures that only the best, most trusted members can utilize this for their advantage. Our platform rewards those who maintain a flawless payment streak. With a payment term of a maximum of 30 days, we expect professionalism in every transaction. And for transparency, every paid invoice is clearly marked, with the transaction ID stored for any future references or disputes.
Continuous Improvement & Review Check-ins
We believe in giving second chances. Any company that unfortunately dips below a 3* rating isn't immediately sidelined. Instead, they're given 14 days to rectify and elevate their performance. If the situation doesn't improve, we take necessary actions, which includes removal from the platform. However, we ensure any dues are refunded on a pro-rata basis. Trust isn't static; it's dynamic. That's why if any member drops below 4* over the last 30 days, we take a closer look. We're not just here to judge but to understand, assist, and help our members grow and enhance their operations.
