1. Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern use of LoadSub. By creating or using an account, you agree to them for yourself and the company you represent, and confirm that you have authority to bind that company. Users must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter commercial agreements.
2. The service
LoadSub provides software for private transport networks, load sharing, bids and counter-offers, assignments, messaging, compliance records, proof of delivery, reporting and related administration. LoadSub is not a carrier, freight forwarder, employment business, insurer, payment guarantor or party to transport contracts made between users.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure, assign appropriate roles and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised use. A company is responsible for activity by its users. Ownership transfers and sensitive account changes may require additional verification.
4. Subscriptions and payment
Prices and billing intervals are shown before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and price changes apply only after reasonable notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless law requires otherwise. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where these terms or law say otherwise.
5. Groups and sponsored access
Group owners control membership, branding, rules, sponsorship and compliance requirements within their groups. They must exercise those controls lawfully and fairly. Restricted or sponsored access may offer fewer functions than a full company account. LoadSub may enforce platform-wide safety and acceptable-use rules regardless of group settings.
6. Loads, bids and transport work
Posters are responsible for accurate load details, lawful goods and payment terms. Carriers are responsible for deciding whether work is suitable, maintaining licences, insurance and compliance, and performing accepted work safely and lawfully. Users must independently check counterparties and agree any terms not recorded in LoadSub. LoadSub does not guarantee availability, bids, assignment, payment, performance, delivery or the accuracy of user-supplied information.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, misrepresent identity or authority, post unlawful or unsafe work, infringe rights, upload malicious material, scrape or reverse engineer the service, evade access controls, harass users, or use LoadSub to facilitate fraud or prohibited goods. You must not publish confidential customer names or exact addresses in fields described as public.
8. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit and give LoadSub a limited licence to host, process, display and transmit it as needed to provide and secure the service. LoadSub and its software, design, branding and documentation remain owned by LoadSub LTD and its licensors.
9. Availability, suspension and termination
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or restrict access to protect the platform, investigate misuse, comply with law, address non-payment or prevent harm. You may stop using LoadSub at any time; legal, payment and record-retention obligations may continue.
10. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, LoadSub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, cargo loss, transport delay or another user’s acts or omissions. Our aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to the fees paid by the affected company to LoadSub in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data. We may update these terms where reasonably necessary. Material changes will be notified before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law and contact
